Marty Lavine founded PUSH Gym in 2004 with the passion to create a fitness community centered on functional training, physical therapy and lifestyle balance. Marty’s expertise with the human body and patient style sets him apart in the industry. Marty has a MS in physical therapy and is a long time member of the Colorado American Physical Therapy Association, and a past president of the Physical Therapy alumni association.  Marty has served as the Co-Chair for the Government Affairs and Sunset Committees and has been practicing physical therapy since 1994.

Heidi trains you for your everyday adventures. A long time outdoor enthusiast, dancer, and roller skater, Heidi’s focus is on strengthening the entire body to be agile, flexible and resilient for activities done outside the studio. Heidi believes strength isn’t reserved for bodybuilders, she has a knack for making your abs sore for days and will challenge you to think differently about your everyday activities.

With Katie, the attention is on you. Katie brings her expertise in general orthopedic rehabilitation and specialized treatment of shoulder and knee injuries to the PUSH community. She uses a patient-specific and active approach to therapy, utilizing both manual and exercise techniques.

With Jodilyn, everyone is specialized and everyone works hard. Jodilyn has been a fitness professional since 1997, specializing in yoga and Pilates. Jodilyn work with clients to develop a specialized plan for you, which is sure to include Tabata, HIIT, kettlebells, TRX suspension training, Pilates reformer, chair, and other apparatus.

Kara McKenna

Bachelor of Science, Health and Exercise Science

Kara believe that there’s room in everyone’s life for fitness. A mother of two, Kara has first hand experience in pre and post-natal training. She is one seriously hard-core mommy and can often be seen doing single leg squats with a baby in hand. She has ten years of personal training experience and has worked with post-physical therapy conditioning, Pilates, Spinning and youth fitness. Don’t be fooled, she will also kick your butt in group fitness and boot camps.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Betsy Conti

With Betsy, you will ignite your potential.  She believes everyone has the ability to reach their goals with the right combination of support and training! Betsy uses innovative functional strength practices combined with her experience as an endurance athlete and coach to make it happen.  Betsy is a runner and triathlete with 5 Boston Marathon qualifying races and a top 20 age group finish in the Boulder 70.3 triathlon.  Bring your game face when you come train with Betsy – she will make sure you feel inspired.

Sean Sewell

Sean loves helping people reach goals with functional training programs designed to be challenging, fun and ultimately rewarding.  With focus on proprioception, balance and strength we work together to help you be the best you can be. We use TRX, BOSU, kettlebells, ropes and gravity to get your life in balance. He loves helping clients improve their performance in outdoor activities, especially skiing, snowboarding and hiking.  We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful state, so let’s make the most of it!
