Kara has a BS in Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University. Kara has 7 years experience as a personal trainer/wellness specialist. Kara has experience with pre and post natal women, adult and senior wellness as well as brain injury rehabilitation. She is also a spinning instructor and has experience with Pilates. |

CLINT GEHDE

Certified Personal Trainer with NSCA, also received a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-EauClaire. Clint is constantly trying to push for the latest innovative exercise prescriptions for indoor/outdoor recreation and sport. Clint has been training for 8 years with all populations. |

Sara has been an ACE certified personal trainer for 11 years, she is also a weight loss coach and believes that exercise is a part of holistic health regime that can improve your life at any age. Sara likes to work with any age group or fitness level, from the life long couch potato to a serious athlete. Sara is an avid mountain biker and cyclist as well as enjoying skiing and snowboarding. |

Jonathan was voted the 5280 training guru of the year in 2005. He is NASM, NCSF, and APEX certified, and has trained in Denver since 2000. Jonathan specializes in functional and balance training. He conducts a global assessment of fitness and nutrition behaviors. His clients learn to integrate fitness into everyday lifestyles. Jonathan believes that there are many ways to reach your goals, and works with clients to educate and develop individualized, guided programs. |
