Our group classes are a fast-paced 45 minutes that combine high-intensity cardio with functional strength training. We hit every muscle group. We keep it different. We work with you to attain balance and achieve maximum results.
At Push, we integrate combinations of movements that are always different, utilizing equipment and exercises to deliver a comprehensive strength and cardio session. If you’ve never tried kettle bells, TRX straps, battling ropes, and weight sleds you will.
If you have not worked out in 6 months or more we suggest three private sessions to teach you safe form and alignment.
If you’re new and have a Denver area code, your first class is on us.
